To create an Account and use bijiqq Services, You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the bijiqq platform. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or registering under another person's name is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all Accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.
bijiqq strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory identity verification using Indonesian KTP (National ID Card). Underage gambling is illegal under Indonesian law and violates bijiqq policy. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed and all funds forfeited without exception.
To create an Account, You must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to Your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and Indonesian KTP number. You agree to maintain and promptly update Your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours during business hours. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of Account registration may result in Account suspension and inability to withdraw funds until verification is complete.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets. We reserve the right to modify accepted payment methods and minimum/maximum deposit limits at any time.
Most deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation. However, processing times may vary depending on Your chosen payment method and Your financial institution's policies. bijiqq is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks. Deposits must be made from a payment source registered in Your own name matching Your verified bijiqq Account information.
You may request withdrawal of funds from Your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Processing times vary: typically 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified Accounts, longer for first withdrawals or enhanced verification cases.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 for most payment methods. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on Your Account status and VIP tier. We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using unfair betting strategies, or any other attempt to manipulate or abuse promotional offers, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or display error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes, bijiqq reserves the right to void affected bets and correct Account balances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users and resolve issues fairly, but our decision is final in all cases.
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using bijiqq Services. Violation of these prohibitions may result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:
bijiqq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate Your Account at any time if We reasonably believe You have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or posed a risk to the security or integrity of our platform. We may also close Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months after providing notice to the registered email address.
Upon Account termination for cause, all pending bets will be voided, bonus balances will be forfeited, and We may withhold any remaining Account balance if We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or Terms violations. If Your Account is closed voluntarily or due to inactivity without Terms violations, remaining balances will be returned to You after deduction of any applicable withdrawal fees.
If You wish to take a break from gambling or believe You may have a gambling problem, You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from bijiqq. Self-exclusion periods available are 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent. During self-exclusion, You will not be able to log in, deposit, or play. bijiqq strives to provide uninterrupted access to our Services, but We do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or technical issues. We reserve the right to suspend Services temporarily for maintenance, updates, or repairs. bijiqq will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from service interruptions, system downtime, or technical malfunctions.
bijiqq Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bijiqq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from Your use of or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to You for any claims arising from these Terms or Your use of bijiqq shall not exceed the amount of deposits You made to Your Account during the 6 months preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bijiqq holds its gaming licenses, without regard to conflict of law principles. You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and You are responsible for ensuring Your compliance with applicable local laws.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or Your use of bijiqq Services, You agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in our license jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against bijiqq.
