Indonesian National ID (KTP)

Clear photo or scan of your valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk). The document must be current, undamaged, and all information must be clearly readable. Both front and back if applicable.

Proof of Address (Optional)

Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your current residential address. Document must be dated within the last 3 months. Required only for higher withdrawal limits.

Selfie Verification

A clear selfie photo of you holding your KTP next to your face. This confirms you are the legitimate owner of the identity document. Ensure good lighting and that both your face and the KTP details are clearly visible.

Standard Processing: 1-24 hours for most accounts during business hours

Peak Periods: May take up to 48 hours during weekends or holidays (Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, Chinese New Year)

After Verification: Your account will be fully activated with no restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and game access. You'll receive email and SMS confirmation once verification is complete.

Self-Exclusion

Temporarily or permanently block your account from accessing games. Available periods: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or play. Contact support to activate self-exclusion at any time.

Deposit Limits

Set maximum deposit amounts per day, week, or month. Once reached, you cannot deposit more until the period resets. This helps you stay within your entertainment budget. Limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a 7-day waiting period for your protection.

Loss Limits

Set a maximum net loss amount (deposits minus withdrawals) per day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, you can still withdraw but cannot place new bets until the period resets. Protect yourself from chasing losses.

Session Time Limits

Set maximum gaming session duration. You'll receive warnings at intervals you choose, and the system will automatically log you out when your time limit is reached. Helps prevent extended gaming sessions that can lead to fatigue and poor decisions.

Reality Check Reminders

Receive periodic notifications showing how long you've been playing and your win/loss status for the session. These reminders help maintain awareness of time and spending during gaming sessions. Configure frequency in account settings.

Self-Assessment Quiz

Take a confidential quiz to evaluate your gambling behavior and identify potential warning signs of problem gambling. Based on recognized screening tools used by gambling counselors. Results are private and include resources for getting help if needed.
